ABOUT LEADERS UNLIMITED
The founder of LUI, Jerry Beverly, is a trusted advisor in leadership development, recognized for helping organizations build high-performing teams and future-ready leaders. Backed by a long-standing track record of success, he brings clarity, depth, and forward-thinking solutions to every engagement.
Jerry, along with administrators and other professionals, conducts classes, seminars, and lessons at educational institutions to engage the community and motivate them to become the leaders they are destined to be.
Jerry grew up in Troy, Alabama, with a passion for sports and a natural talent for leadership on and off the field. He excelled in football, helping lead his high school team to a state championship before continuing his athletic and academic journey at Troy University. There, he was part of a national championship-winning football team and earned a degree in Criminal Justice.
After relocating to Miami, Jerry created the NCAA Champs Life Skills position, and then served as the athletics chaplain and the first Life Skills Coordinator for Florida International University. His passion for mentorship and personal development also extended to coaching football, baseball, and volleyball. In addition to his work in athletics and education, Jerry has been deeply involved in ministry throughout the Miami community. He lives in Coral Gables with his wife, Joy.
In 2004, Jerry drew on his experience both on and off the field to launch Leaders Unlimited Inc., an initiative designed to inspire personal growth and positive change through educational lessons, motivational content, community service, and one-on-one mentoring. The program emphasizes values such as teamwork, integrity, and service, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships. LUI helps individuals develop self-esteem, a clear sense of purpose, and essential leadership skills. Its programs empower emerging leaders from diverse faiths, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Leaders Unlimited, Inc (LUI) is dedicated to nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders through mentorship and guidance during high school and college. This is crucial for several reasons:
